Exchange Policy
We accept all unused and unopened merchandise for exchange. Please inspect all products BEFORE use to confirm you received the correct products.
Return Policy
We will offer a full refund to undamaged, unused hair within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly refund the cost of your hair with no restocking fees if the following applies:
- Items in question have not been used or altered in any way;
- all ties and packaging are still intact;
- the hair has not been washed, dyed, curled, braided, worn, or treated or styled in anyway;
Please inspect and examine all hair for correct pattern, color, texture and length prior to using the hair. Consult your stylist if you are unsure.
You must call or e-mail us before returning all hair extensions and weave products. All unauthorized returns will be discarded.
