Standing Behind The product

You go to a
website or hair store and see 100’s if not 1000’s of options for hair
extensions. What to buy? Everyone claims to be selling Remy,
Virgin Remy hair along with descriptions such as “Malaysian or Brazilian”. Many even offer a “Satisfaction
Guarantees” but what on earth is a satisfaction guarantee? Does it mean you will be satisfied when
you first purchase? You will be
satisfied with how it wears? You
will be satisfied with what it looks like 3, 6 or even 12 weeks later? You never really know and its all-just
marketing to get you to buy. Then
when you have a problem, and you call the company to get some help all you are
given is the run around or claims that “all sales are final”. The lies and misleading statements are used to get the sale,
with no thought of supporting you after the sale is made.
Companies
that really believe in their products offer warranties. Legal promises “issued to the purchaser
of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if
necessary within a specified time”. If a company is truly selling you the quality product they claim to be
selling then a warranty is something that should not be a problem for the
manufacturer to issue. Now, if
this is the case, why are there no companies EXCEPT FOR 1 that offers a
warranty on their extensions?
Perhaps its because 99% of hair extension companies are not
manufacturers, merely resellers of products that third parties manufacturer for
them. So if anything is wrong with
the product, the company does not know why or even if the defect will occur
again. Maybe its because they know
what they are selling isn’t what they claim it to be, so they know if they
warranty it they will have to replace it and that would put them out of
business.
In fact,
the only company in the world that does offer an EXTENSIVE WARRANTY on their
products is Remy Capillus. As a
manufacturer that has unparalleled control not just over their manufacturing
but over the sourcing of their raw hair, Remy Capillus knows EXACTLY what their
products are and are not capable of. Therefore, they don’t just promise things that their products will do; they
stand behind those promises with a warranty, just like you would get on your
home electronics or brand new car.
So next
time you go shopping, ask your self if you want a promise you will “like” the
product, or a guarantee that your hair will be what it was advertised to be and
if its not, it won’t be your problem, it will be the problem of the company who
sold you the hair.
Remy
Capillus, the difference is no longer just in the hair.
